Our Return Policy

Domestic:

We provide store credit for returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase with the exception of sale items.

All items must be unworn, have tags intact, and in the original packaging to be accepted.

If return is not resell-able you will not receive store credit.

 

International:

Please email returns@cookiesnkicks.com to get more information on international returns.

For international returns we offer store credit for the value of the item returned as long as it is unworn, has intact tags, and in the original packaging.

We do not cover the shipping cost.

 

Holidays / Black Friday:

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items ordered on sale during Black Friday.

All sale item transactions are final.  

If you order between 11/26 and 12/26 you will be allowed 7 days from the day the item is received to return or receive in store credit for non sale items.
